Court Marriage

Court Marriage

Complete court marriage registration under the Special Marriage Act & Hindu Marriage Act — same-day guidance, documentation and legal protection.

Court marriage is a legally valid marriage solemnised before the Marriage Registrar without any religious ceremony. We handle the entire process — from filing the notice of intended marriage to obtaining the marriage certificate — so that couples can get married safely and lawfully.

We assist with marriages under the Special Marriage Act, 1954 (inter-caste / inter-religion / NRI marriages) as well as registration under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. Our office also provides legal protection advice for couples facing family opposition, including guidance on police protection and court orders.
